Lowongan Junior Deputy Director
Detail / Deskripsi Pekerjaan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of managing Finance and Control Division as well as
departments reporting to him/her with strong emphasis in the areas
of Financial Report, Account Receivables, Taxation and Assets
Management.
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report of budget plan
versus actual to track company's financial performance, as well as,
presenting to the Board of Director and Board of Management.
- In charge in managing people through performance plan, coaching
and counseling and evaluation as well, so they are aware of
professional responsibilities and are able to perform with the
required operation standard.
- Developing Financial policies and systems (cost control, discount
strategy) to keep pace with market demand, tax regulations, that
will impact to company's competitiveness.
- Establishing rapport, maintain and communicative/
external affairs.
- Junior Deputy Director will act as an Financial consultant (for
internal concern) and delivering acceptable policies and its
principles within the area, if it is necessary.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ideally, late thirty, with at lease 5 years experience in
managing of finance, accounting, cash management, tax and treasury
in manufacturing industry, and 3 years with public accountant firm.
2. Bachelor in accounting, preferably post graduate in
economic/finance or business administration.
3. People Management with strong interpersonal skills and ability to
influence peers.
4. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and P/Point.
5. Willing to work in a hard working environment.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Personality wise, the prefer candidates are those with strong
intellect; mature, creative, confident and self-motivated individual
and visioner.
- He should be result oriented with professional ability, integrity
and flexibility, capable of working closely with BoD and BoM , and
Supporting functions as well – he/she is tough, but reasonable and
possess excellent
diplomatic skills.
