General area of responsibility:
The position covers a wide variety of activities including but not
limited to assistance to Director, travel arrangements for the
entire office staff, meeting arrangements, hotel bookings,
correspondence in English, petty cash, back up to filling system,
and as pool administration
We expect the right candidate:
The right candidate is fluent in English/Mandarin and with a
thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook,
Power Point and Excel), has good secretarial skills, is service-
minded, multi-tasking and has a good sense of detail.
