Detail / Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
1. Coordinating with receiving in Handling in Material Received from
supplier as purchase order request at Branch office or site office
2. Coordinating with receiving /QC in Quality Control for material
supply from supplier in quality, quantity and the others
specification as purchase order.
3. Handling in prepare Claim and resolution document if needed.
4. Handling and monitoring practice in Picking, issuing and
expediting material to project location / user and documentation
5. Reporting data for material received, material issued, material
transfer and expediting process.
Minimum Requirement:
1. Honest, loyal, high integrity, ready to work under pressure and
self starter.
2. Degree / Bachelor degree in business, Logistics or Technical
3. 2+ years experience in Purchasing and material management in
mining or construction company
4. English and Indonesian Language.
5. Excellent in Computer program / ERP/ Windows.
