Lowongan FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER
Detail / Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Scope:
- Provide 2nd / 3rd level support to the company's global network /
sites and to mentor Associate Field Support Engineers
- Provide installation support and enhancement of company's Sites
- Perform upgrades and apply patches to Operational Systems where
appropriate, complete appropriate projects or site forms
- Handle support calls with minimal delay, minimize customer
downtime, maintain Support database with up-to-date information
- To test and roll out new Internet based applications for the sites
- Provide in-depth technical and application knowledge to the
customer base, including on site
- Participate in special projects and perform other tasks as
required and have expert knowledge of company's products
