JOB SPECIFICATION FOR
LABORATORY ASSISTANCE SERVICE (OUTSOURCING)
Our client of MNC in Merak plant looks for a talented candidate to
fulfill the position as Lab Asst, with qualifications as below:
I – RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing assigned duties to support daily activities of Laboratory
Analytical (Lab) located in Merak, such as, but not limited to:
1. Do physical testing for assigned products (latex);
2. Do application testing for paint, textile, adhesive and psa
applications;
3. Make and send lab report for each evaluation/testing according to
requirement;
4. Arrange latex for sampling with its appropriate documentation and
assigned courier both local and or overseas;
5. Keep lab area house keeping;
6. Ensure lab run safely and comply with Environment, Health &
Safety (EH&S) and Site requirements;
7. Maintain lab equipments/instrume
8. Do calibration for such of lab equipments;
9. Monitor and check lab chemicals/supplies inventory;
10. Active participation for any assigned program in site/plant/lab
area;
11. Maintain and filling lab records;
12. As a back up of others Lab Assistance for doing Lab
works/activities;
13. Follow overall Site regulations and requirements;
14. Follow overall EH&S regulations and requirements;
II – MUST HAVE
A. QUALIFICATION
1. Graduated from 3-years Diploma (D3) or equivalent, Akademi Kimia
Analis (AKA) is preferable;
2. Fluent in English both oral and written;
3. Basic computer skill (i.e. Microsoft Offices: Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
4. Familiar with e-mail utilization;
B. REQUIREMENT/
1. 2 to 3 years experience as Lab Assistant;
2. Familiar with Lab works;
3. Can work with less supervision
C. OTHER REQUIREMENT
Completed with standard safety gears/personal protective equipment
(PPE): lab coat (long sleeves), hard hat, ear plug, safety glasses,
and safety shoes;
IV – DURATION OF SERVICE
6 (six) to 12 (twelve) months and it may be prolonged based on
client's need.
V – LOCATION/WORKING HOURS
Merak – Cilegon of Banten
