Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of any discipline, preferably Engineering science,
Psychology, or Communication.
Minimum 2 years extensive experience in the area of training and
development.
Has ability to develop and implement learning and development
programs in a complex organization environment.
Familiar with performance management system, competency assessment,
and current learning methodologies and workplace training techniques.
Has high level communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with MS Office application. Ability to integrate online
learning technologies will be an advantage.
Has strong planning and organizational skills as well as personal
motivation to provide proactive solutions with minimal direction and
supervision.
