Job Responsibilities:
· Analyzing customer documentation and creating a base document for
response that most appropriately addresses the customer information
requirements;
· Pre-populating responses with static content;
· Managing and validating the content from team members, including
assisting team members with content development;
· Copy-editing all contributions and distributing documentation for
review; and
· Preparing bid submissions (hard and soft copies).
Job Requirements:
· Proofreading skills;
· Copy editing and writing skills;
· Content structure and design skills;
· High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat;
· Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Project;
· Experience with document management systems;
· Ability to work to deadlines and to identify and escalate issues
when necessary;
· Strong interpersonal skills and high level of motivation and
willingness to learn and share knowledge;
· An interest in the IT industry; and
· Degree qualification in a relevant field would be beneficial.
