Role & Responsibilities:
Provide 1st level support (8x5) for existing CRM and EAI applications
Involved in trouble-shooting and bug fixing for reported errors
Involved in enhancement of existing applications,
to production activities
Provide post-production support
General profile requirements
1-2 years experience
Must be local indonesian
MUST HAVE GOOD communication skills (english and indonesian) as will
be required to liaise with the customer to resolve issues
Must have at least 1-2 years of solid software
development experience
using any of the following skills
=> Java/J2EE technology
=> .NET
=> Visual Basic
=> Oracle RDBMS
Must have at least a minimum continuous 6 months of involvement in a
software development project
Must be able to code and test independently
Preference for candidates to have experience/exposure in CRM/EAI
applications and telco industry
